We welcome admissions from all families

Places are allocated on a first come first served basis. No preference is made if a sibling is already at Woodmancote School, or, if you wish to send your child to Woodmancote School when they are of school age.

Up to 30 places are available in each of two sessions – morning and afternoon – Monday to Friday.

All enquiries regarding the availability of places at Little Chestnuts should be made through the School Office, admin@woodmancote.gloucs.sch.uk or by telephone on 01242 674312.

Once the availability of a place has been confirmed then the place can be secured by completing a registration form (available from the school office) and returning it to the school office along with your child’s original birth certificate for us to copy and keep on file. 

A session booking form is also required to be completed ahead of your child starting with us. This will be provided by the school office.

Allocation criteria

• ‘Looked after’ children.
• Children who have a sibling at Woodmancote School at the time the applicant child is to be admitted.
• Children with the strongest geographical claim, measured in a straight line from the ordnance survey address point of the child’s home address (including flats) to the ordnance survey address point of the school.

Once initial places have been allocated for an academic year remaining places will be allocated, if available, to those who request them during the year, on a first come first served basis.
